Shaved Ice and Fresh Fruit Gelatos

Both the shaved ice from Ice Monster and fresh fruit gelato/sorbet from Frajo that we tasted in this episode are fantastic! I highly recommend both of these places. Frajo's fruit gelatos were especially tasty, compared to the sesame and the non-fruit flavors. The fruit gelatos simply taste fresh and natural. I would definitely go back!

不管是剉冰還是義大利冰，我覺得都很好吃。

台北的Ice Monster超有名，不管是芒果冰或珍奶冰，都很好吃。只是我覺得庶民點心的剉冰在一個裝潢有點像夜店的地方吃，讓我的神經有點不協調。或許老闆考量一碗那麼多錢（幾乎都兩百以上，有的接近三百。雖然單價高，但吃得超開心），應該提供一個高級一點的環境給客人。或許燈光太暗，調亮一點就好？或許我想太多。

Frajo 是台中一家新的義式冰淇淋，水果冰，番茄冰超級好吃！感覺在吃天然新鮮的水果，超讚！店家說他們冰淇淋都是每天早上打的，絕對新鮮。至於芝麻，南瓜非水果類的，就沒有那麼讓我驚豔。店面二樓是主要用餐區，勘景後，我們決定在一樓冰櫃前的高腳桌拍攝。二樓比較像吃氣氛的地方，讓我想到現代極檢法國風，但又好像缺了點什麼。要是我有機會再經過Frajo，然後沒感冒（這集重感冒還一直吃冰，有點吃力...），我一定還會去吃。他們的麵包店就在隔壁，也有很好吃的老麥麵包喔！

Pearl Milk Tea 珍珠奶茶

老闆，一杯冰的珍奶拿鐵，去冰微糖，謝謝！

珍奶很好喝，不過我只偶爾喝，因為我的胃不太習慣咖啡因。不過喝的話呢，我都堅持要鮮奶，不要奶精，感覺比較健康啦。再來是，也盡量到知名手搖茶店買，感覺比較有保障啦。這次我們採訪了春水堂和翰林茶館，兩家都很知名，品質都端得上國際餐桌。

Pearl milk tea, please! love pearl milk tea. I always get it with fresh milk and not creamer. It just feels healthier. In this episode of Time for Taiwan, Cédric Jouarie​ and I visited Hanlin and Chunshuitang, both of which claim to be the inventor of the pearl tea. Controversy aside, they are both great tea house chains. Personally, I think Chunshuitang has better decor and Hanlin has better food. Tea wise, I think they're both great.
