The new Palais de Chine hotel in Taipei has a very pretty Rococo styled restaurant on the 6th floor. Dad decided to throw a brunch party for Mom there on Mother's Day. The love to party, and they love each other. Happy Mother's Day, Mom!
The ambience great, the service is good and the food has potential. I've been there twice and still think so. I'm still good to go for at least a third time.
