Another tough day today, even though I made only 2 reports. I went to bed too late last night so was late to work this morning and then tired all day. Must sleep earlier.

The first assignment was a little unexpected, which is expected, I suppose. I was at National Taiwan University Hospital's sleep center opening, but nearly all the other reporters were interested in was the connection between Eslite and how it got the bid to operate in the hospital. I reported it to my assigner for the day and she said to forget about the boring sleep center story.

And while I was at NTUH, all the way on the other side of town my colleague was at a press conference at the Legislature, and since the PC was on Eslite/NTUH, he gave me the tape and told me what the legislator said.

Being unfamiliar with the situation, not having been at the main site (Legislature) and unable to think clearly, it was nearly a disaster. But I guess it turned out OK in the end. Thank goodness for my coworkers, intuition and the heavens.

The rest of the day was hard to get through because I was so sleepy and worn out.

In the afternoon, we went to a group wedding which lasted what seemed like forever at Taipei City Hall.

I'm starting to notice specifically what I'm really bad at and what I can improve on these days. Aside from writing quickly, I have a hard time with conclusions. I don't know what to write!

Apparently, there is no one formula for conclusions. I went to my trusty sempai for help. She said in the Eslite story, she would've written it the same way or stressed even more his lack of evidence, since lawmakers these days always "expose" things without anything to back it up. It's quite terrible, come to think of it. And for the wedding story, she would have either ended it poking fun at Ma for using the same speech year after year or asked him to go home and profess his love for his wife just as he was making the new grooms their new wife.

21h00 on a Sunday night, and I'm still at the office thinking about work. Time to go home and forget everything until tomorrow. Ughhhhh...

台大誠品 1200 (蕭老師 assigned)

誠品書店能夠進駐台大醫院，是不是跟總統親家趙玉柱有關係，今天國民黨立委吳育昇出面
指出，台大招商開標的程序很奇怪，而且誠品又是在吳清友捐了500萬元給桌球協會之後得
標，非常可疑,不過,台大說,他們沒有問題,絕對經得起考驗##

誠品在台大開分店的過程，國民黨立委吳育昇覺得問題太多了。
他說台大開標，在2002年4月是大成長城以436元雨德優先議價權，但5月台大拉高底標到
1800元，並以大城與標價差距過大為由廢標，他懷疑這跟誠品老闆吳清友捐錢給趙玉柱的桌
球協會有關

(李源德)不太可能為了 任何一個人的關說 就放棄他的原則 這是不可能的

林芳郁相信李源德的為人，標案的程序和吳清友捐錢的時間點，就算有巧合,但是要說第一
親家可以神通廣大到影響標案,還需要更多的證據

蕭老師一直問我bite的內容，但我看不懂他的字，所以也說不清楚
有一點隨便寫的感覺

晚間新聞做完了，看看聖芬怎麼重新整理1800版本
發現自己做的時候忽略了榮總的部份
聖芬加了誠品的電訪，CG和把OS改的比較活一點
