American Pastime premier

The reason I was in Japan this May.

The premier and screening was held at a theatre kind of in the middle of nowhere. A little bit of a pity.

In the taxi on the way there.

Chatting about our past lives in finance over Starbucks TEA (haha), and then off to the Monet exhibit at the new museum in Roppongi.

Krispy Kreme in Tokyo

Getting in line for this sure makes more sense than getting in line for Mr Donut or Dunkin' Donuts...

On the way to Izu

With a tasty デパ地下 (department store food) lunch on the train.

Aaron and his humongous お弁当 (lunch box)

Mama trying to keep a mouthful of salad in her mouth after Aaron tells a joke

KJ and お弁当 number ONE

Pearl thinking about how to "share" Aaron's お弁当

Pearl: Aaron won't share his ice-cream...

Aaron: dogs aren't allowed to have ice-cream. Here's a doggie biscuit.

Pearl: gimme more, gimme more!
