真才實料，有冬瓜肉的冬瓜茶！！
This is winter melon and sugar after about eight hours of cooking and stirring. No water has been added, this is all melon juice. Winter melon tea 冬瓜茶 is a popular drink, especially in the south and in the summer because of its cooling effects. Usually it is quite sweet, and contrary to the name, there is no tea in it.

The second time we were there, one of our PD's was with us and one of the women from the shop recognized him. It turns out the woman is an old colleague and this is her family's business. What a small world! This cute little boy here that's radiating sunshine is her son.
