Sometimes you just have to pull through the laziness


Even if it's not a great workout, it's still a workout. Proud of myself for having drag
好久沒划船,好吃力。
最近的晨間運動都有一搭沒一搭的,唉~
越不運動就越累、越懶,所以更要把自己拖出門動一動!
