I'm turning into a pig. A really...big...pig. I think I am. I must. It's not the dinners with friends and family. Well, not really. I've been going to the convenience store to buy chocolate two days in a row now. And I've been eating other things almost nonstop.
My diet is going backwards!
I think I've figured out the problem. I eat when I'm frustrated and I eat when I'm tired, and well, I'm not frustrated (well, no more than I usually am), but I'm sure tired. Feel asleep with the lights and everything from make-up to work clothes on three times this week. So I think lack of sleep is the culprit this time.
Getting back on the wagon. I'm going to sleep off this fat! Well, more like catch up on sleep first and worry about exercising and eating properly later.
