Day 16, 連上太多天班，EQ驟減，心很煩...來切水果!
Cooking (well, not really allowed in my apartment) or cutting fruit and vegetables are very therapeutic for me.
Here we have oranges and melon from my coffee farmer friend in Alishan and persimmons from Lishan that I got at the farmer's market last weekend.
這裡有來自阿里山咖啡農朋友(陳皇仁，他的咖啡真的好喝喔！)的香瓜和柳丁，以及上個週末在爭豔館市集買的梨山甜柿。
I love Taiwan's fruits!

養顏美容！
Plenty of fruit for breakfast, and then a nice, healthy snack at the office.
Ah, satisfied. Now I can sleep.
