Today's unohana 今日の卯の花
This time, I first browned the okara (my, it really shrank in volume!) and it smelled quite good. Then I tossed in the spinach and carrot, added soy sauce, sugar and dashi (a lot more this time).
Not bad! Much more moist than the last attempt. Wonder if I can get the texture to be a little smoother. Tofu maybe.
今天我試著先把豆渣炒一炒,果然比較香。
然後加入了紅蘿蔔,木耳,糖,醬油,和比上次還要多的柴魚高湯。
不錯耶!吃起來比上次濕潤。
