Yoga, does a body good
I started going to yoga classes recently, and although I'm terribly, terribly sore, I feel great. My body feels lighter, I feel (just a tiny bit) less tired and quite a bit happier.
This is where I've been going:
I gave them a try when they first started, and although the classes were good, the service staff there was really snobby and I decided to snob back and not go. They're quite friendly these days, the price is acceptable to me and it's just a 10-minute walk from my flat, so it works out really well.
